By accessing this online gallery, you agree to the following terms:

1. Gallery Access & Expiration

  • Your gallery is available for a limited time as indicated in your gallery email.

  • Please ensure that all downloads are completed prior to the gallery expiration date.

  • Once the gallery expires, it will no longer be accessible, and a re-upload fee may apply should additional access be required.

2. Image Downloads

  • Your session includes a specified number of high-resolution digital images, as detailed in your collection.

  • Additional images or full gallery upgrades are available for purchase.

  • Download links and PINs will be provided once selections are finalized and any applicable balances are paid in full.

3. Usage Rights & Copyright

  • All images remain the sole copyright of Christine Sarah.

  • You are granted personal use rights only, which includes sharing online and printing for personal use.

  • Commercial use, resale, or third-party editing of images is strictly prohibited unless prior written permission is granted.

4. Social Media Sharing

  • You are welcome and encouraged to share your images on personal social media accounts. Please credit @christinesarah when doing so.

  • Do not apply filters or make alterations to the images beyond minor cropping for platform formatting.

5. Client Conduct & Confidentiality

  • Please respect the privacy and work of Christine Sarah Photography by not distributing raw files, screenshots of watermarked proofs, or unlicensed images.

  • Any misuse of gallery access or unauthorized reproduction of images is subject to legal action.

6. Technical Considerations

  • Christine Sarah is not responsible for lost or corrupted files once they have been successfully delivered and downloaded by the client.

  • It is the client's responsibility to back up all digital files upon receipt.
